Bob Anderson moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1979 from his native New York.
He joined the real estate industry in 1979 as an associate realtor for Boysen and Company. In his career, Bob has worked for White House Properties and Century 21. Additionally, he was a founding partner of First National Realty. Bob has been involved in over 400 real estate transactions in his career.
Bob joined the Pacifica team in 1999 and became involved in the residential mortgage side of the business. Prior to the real estate industry he was a Senior Systems Analyst and a Senior Finance Manager for Xerox Corporation.
Bob is a well respected resource in the real estate community and applies his expertise as an adjunct professor at UCLA and as a full professor at Los Angeles City College. Among the courses he teaches are real estate finance, real estate law, and real estate principles and practices.
Bob lives in Studio City with his wife, a professional musician. They have one grown son. Bob is an avid sports fan.
