Scott has over twenty three years of experience in real estate and finance. In his last fourteen years at Pacifica, Scott has held a variety of roles including oversight of human resources and lender relations. Prior to Pacifica, he was a Vice President of the New York-based real estate investment bank Sonnenblick-Goldman, where he structured $50 - $200 million dollar transactions involving debt and equity placement. Before joining Sonnenblick, Scott was an Associate at the Houston-based mortgage brokerage company, Post Oak Partners, and an Analyst in Los Angeles for the investment banking firm of Bear Stearns.
Scott is a graduate of U.C.L.A. with a B.A. in Economics. He played college tennis at UC San Diego and was ranked nationally in the 'senior 35' division as a singles tennis player. Scott was raised in the Midwest and resides with his wife and son in Thousand Oaks.
