Robert has over twenty-one years experience in real estate and mortgage banking and has prided himself on being a top loan originator at every firm he has been affiliated with. He focuses on serving the Realtor community, first time homebuyers, the Hispanic community and the clients of business managers. At Pacifica, Robert oversees technology and communications, FHA and audit functions.
In 1997 Robert and Fred Schector, founded Diversified Mortgage Capital which, in 2002, merged with Pacifica Mortgage. Prior to Diversified, Robert served as a loan originator and acted in the capacity of Sales Manager and Branch Manager at CrossLand Mortgage, Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Mission Hills Mortgage and Western Financial Savings Bank. Robert became a licensed realtor in 1993.
Robert holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. He is a semi professional guitar player and singer, a little league baseball coach and is self-taught in Spanish. Robert resides in Northridge with his wife and two children.
