Marc Schector, a native of Clifton, New Jersey, moved to Los Angeles in 1983 to attend law school. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a BA in Economics, and holds a JD from the University of Southern California.
Marc practiced law for a number of years with Tuttle and Taylor, O'Melveny and Myers and Warner Brothers, concentrating in transaction law, real estate, project financing and entertainment financing.
Marc joined Pacifica in 1998 as a Loan Officer. During the past decade Marc has done extensive remodeling and construction of four homes, one of which was featured in Los Angeles Times Sunday Magazine section for design and style. Marc believes that his personal and professional experience in real estate has provided him with a deep understanding of client needs and real estate valuation.
Marc is a member of the Southern California Bar Association. He has been actively fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis since 1997. Marc resides with his lovely wife, Julie, in their most recent remodel in the Hollywood Hills.
