Kurt was born in Indiana and raised in Florida. He attended the University of Texas before moving to Southern California where he resided for 30 years. Kurt was a successful business owner of Paint Specialties, a large custom paint and body shop in the South Bay.
Kurt became involved in real estate in 1989 when he joined Security Financial as a mortgage broker. He has also worked with West Coast Funding in Redondo Beach and NRG Financial in Marina Del Rey. Kurt joined Pacifica Mortgage in 1995 and specializes in providing commercial and conventional residential loan services.
In 2001, Kurt moved back to Florida to care for his elderly parents. He resides in Sarasota and has a house Manatee River where he takes advantage of the many outdoor activities the river has to offer. In his spare time Kurt builds and rides custom motorcycles.
